Propane..More Than Just For Grilling!

Propane, or LNG, is produced from both natural gas processing and crude oil refining, in roughly equal amounts from each source.  Nearly 97% of the propane consumed in the United States is produced domestically.  Propane is a clean-burning fossil fuel that is used fro a variety of uses around the home.  The different uses include: powering furnices, water heaters, air conditioners, outdoor grills, fireplaces, adn appliances.  On farms, propane is widely used to power equipment and to power irrigation pumps.  In addition to the home and farms, propane can be used in industrial settings, powering forklifts and fleet vehicles.
