ann1_Air-brushed,_Colors_adjustedAnn Vail Shaneyfelt has served as a marketing professional for over 10 years and joined the LCF team in the spring of 2012 and was named Executive Director in December of 2013. Ann has worked successfully across a variety of industries including oil and gas exploration, health-care software, and solar installation and brings many years of event planning, outreach, communications and community organizing experience to LCF.

As LCF Executive Director, Ann is responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder services, education and outreach, as well as planning and infrastructure development programs. Ann is available to assist coalition stakeholders with project development, technical workshop as well as locating funding opportunities and supporting funding proposals. Contact Ann at

Stephanie Keen
Member Services 

Stephanie works part-time assisting LCF with member services, the LCF Annual Dues Drive and fund-raising. She is responsible for recruiting new members, sponsors and exhibitors to ensure that our organization has sustainable funding sources that will enable LCF to continue its expansion and provide exceptional programs for fleets and other stakeholders in our territory. Rosemary Farr
Project Assistant

Rosemary recently graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Coastal Environmental Science. Rosemary started with us as an intern with the Clean Cities University's Workforce Development Program. Rosemary assists the coordinator with an EVSE study for federal fleets and work on Clean Cities programs such as; the Workplace Charging Challenge, Idlebox, the EV Readiness Program and the National Parks Initiative. Additionally, she supports the coordinator with event planning, reporting and general administrative duties. Contact Rosemary at
