WHAT YOU NEED

TO KNOW NOW

Webinar

 Thursday, April 9, 2015

2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. EDT

Please join us On Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 2:00 PM EDT/1:00 PM CDT for a deep look into the potential impact of pending federal regulations governing railroad tank car construction standards and their operation when carrying flammable liquids.  The proposed regulations from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) at the U.S. Department of Transportation are undergoing final review at the Office of Management and Budget.  They have been the focus of intense scrutiny and debate among shippers, railroads, tank car builders, regulators and the public both here and in Canada.  Our experts will break it all down:  what are the likely outcome scenarios, and what will be the impact on shippers, car repair and construction shops, and the Class I railroads.

Our presenters will be Richard Kloster, Sr. Vice President, and Larry Loman, Director of Engineering, of AllTranstek and this session will be moderated by Eric Starks, President of FTR.

AllTranstek, LLC is North America's premier railcar management and consulting company.  Over the last twenty-plus years AllTranstek has developed the industry leading state-of-the-art railcar fleet management platform, and manages over 210,000 railcars for some of the country's largest companies.
