Call for Presentation Proposals:

The Future of Transportation @ the LCF Annual Stakeholder Meeting

LCF is seeking presentation proposals for their Annual Stakeholder Meeting, January 11, 2018. The organizers are requesting proposals for the following areas of interest:

  • Autonomous & Connected Vehicles 
    • Case studies & demonstration projects
    • Futurists and planning visionaries
    • OEMs and software companies, new products and services
    • Liability and Legislative implications 
  • New and Emerging Technologies
    • Breakthroughs in both energy storage technology and advanced combustion engines
  • Smart Cities
    • Utilizing data to decrease congestion & optimize utilization of fleet vehicles

Other related topics will be evaluated on their relevance and value for our stakeholders.

How to submit a proposal:

  • Proposals may be for 15-30 minute individual presentation or 45 minute panel sessions. Please include information on each panelist if proposing a group presentation.
  • 30 minute Keynote presentations may also be considered
  • Please send abstracts and brief bio to LCF Executive Director, Ann Vail by EOB Friday, December 8, 2017.
  • Modest travel assistance stipends may be available. Please see Ann for details.

Louisiana Clean Fuels and its stakeholders will meet at the new BRCC Automotive Training Center for a look into the not-so-distant future of transportation and hear from experts who will share what is technologically possible now and what is coming. At the meeting LCF will also discuss its plans for 2018 and give stakeholders the opportunity to weigh in on their 2018 activities.
