    The National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (NAFTC) is the only nationwide alternative fuel vehicle and advanced technology vehicle training organization in the United States. 

    William Davis oversees daily NAFTC operations. He has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of a new national headquarters and training facility, as well as the growth of the National Training Center members from 18 to its current size of approximately 50 national and associate training centers.
